‘Pooyesh Child friendly Association’ has been active in the villages on the outskirts of Tehran for more than ten years, focusing on its defined mission, which is to educate children who have retarded of school, with problems in child malnutrition directly affects the educational processes of children. In examining this problem, the association has encountered families that are plagued by food insecurity due to poverty and unemployment. As a result, the association has been using precise methods to identify malnourished families for the past five years and to pay for “food for the families ” to support the 50 families who are being followed. Because we believe that the health of society depends on the growth of healthy people and human growth will not be possible without considering a healthy body. Obviously, in implementing this plan, we try to do the distribution work scientifically and professionally, and to avoid the medium- and long-term damage that often unprofessional implementation of such plans inflicts on the target community. In this plan, in order to maintain the self-esteem and human dignity of children and families, food is given as credit card for buying goods and non-public manner. In the family support unit, all the volunteer force is worked and the financing of the unit is unstable and depends on the support of the sponsors and no promise is given to the families to provide continuity. It is not counted as a turnover and donations from donors are generally non-cash.
