The Public Relations Unit of the “Pooyesh Child friendly Association”, as a bridge between the Association and its sponsors and :contacts, and the relevant organizations and institutions, pursues the following tasks in its working groups
Media Group:
1- Production of written content
2- Production of multimedia content
3- Updating the site and social medias (Telegram, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Aparat, YouTube)
4- Internal publication
5- Communication with the country’s public media
6-Communication with influencers
7- Archiving and documenting written and multimedia content
8– Reviewing and preparing an archive of survey forms related to the feedback from stakeholders and audiences who comment through social medias and the institute’s website.
9- Updating the databases, communication and media networks of the association
Events Group
1- Holding scientific events related to the activities of the association
2- Holding financial events (events such as the sale of works of art in favor of the association)
3- Holding promotional events (events in order to promote the mission of the association)
4-Preparing the promotional items for the association
5 – Review and prepare an archive of survey forms related to holding events
Attracting financial resources and services and communication with financial donors Group:
1-Presenting social responsibility plans to financial institutions
2- Submitting sponsorship projects to financial institutions
3 – Communication with sponsors
4- Holding virtual financial campaigns
5 – Design and follow up monthly financial plans
6- Receiving continuous financial and performance reports from the units and sending them to the sponsors
7- Updating the databases in the field of the list of financial, product and service sponsors of the association
8- Preparing a database and updating it from the cash and non-cash needs of the association
Non-financial communication Group:
1- Correlation with domestic and international institutions related to the activities of the association to carry out joint activities
2-Attracting volunteers and communicating with them
