More than 70% of the teachers, managers and officials staff in the Pooyesh Association are local residents of the villages. With their closeness and knowledge of the community, they organize actions according to the culture of community and prevent any unintentional interference at the local community level.
Because of the power and responsibility of the local people, every new non-local member joins the group not as an external activist but as an internal actor, looking at issues and finding solutions.
During these years, the presence of volunteer forces has been significant, despite the distance and the difficulty of accessing the children house In the last 10 years, nearly 200 student volunteers and social activists have dedicated their lives and energy to the development of children, society and, in turn, their personal development, and everything that has been created today is a reminder of their individual efforts.
